1、 Product Introduction
Ceramic tile adhesive, also known as tile bonding agent or thin paste mortar, is a dry powder environmentally friendly ceramic tile paving material made from ordinary Portland cement and refined quartz sand as substrates, compounded with functional additives such as redispersible latex powder, HPMC hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, early strength agent, water reducer, and anti slip additive. It can be used by mixing with water, replacing the traditional cement and sand paving process. It is applied thinly, with strong adhesion and no hollowing or falling bricks. It is suitable for various interior walls, exterior walls, floor tiles, and stone paving projects.
2、 Core raw material composition
Inorganic substrate: high-grade Portland cement, selected washed quartz sand, stable strength, no impurities;
Water retention and lubrication system: HPMC hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, long-lasting water retention, extended opening time, smooth scraping and non stick teeth;
Flexible bonding component: can redisperse latex powder to enhance flexibility, crack resistance, and strengthen the bonding strength between ceramic tiles and substrates;
Functional additives: anti slip agent, water reducer, early strength agent, defoamer, no sagging on the wall, easy construction.
3、 Product appearance and physicochemical properties
Appearance: Gray/white uniform dry powder, no lumps, no coarse sand impurities;
Water ratio: powder: water=about 4:1, stir to form a smooth paste;
Open time: ≥ 30 minutes, single mixing can be used for a long time without premature solidification;
Anti slip performance: C1/C2 standard, no sliding or falling of large bricks on the wall;
Bonding strength: High tensile bonding strength after standard curing, water and freeze-thaw resistance;

4、 Product Model Classification
1. C1 standard ceramic tile adhesive (universal)
Applicable: Small sized porcelain tiles for interior walls, ordinary glazed tiles, flat wall surfaces, base layer for home decoration and tiling, with high cost-effectiveness.
2. C2 enhanced tile adhesive (popular mainstream)
Applicable: 600 × 600, 800 × 800 conventional tiles, antique tiles, whole body tiles, low water absorbing tiles, suitable for indoor walls and floors, and can be used for lower floors of exterior walls.
3. C2TES flexible anti slip tile adhesive (special for large boards)
Applicable: 750 × 1500, 900 × 1800 large ceramic tiles, rock slabs, marble, thin sheets, exterior walls, high-rise buildings, balconies, kitchens and bathrooms in damp areas, with high flexibility, anti falling, waterproof and weather resistant properties.
4. Special tile adhesive for white stone
Applicable: marble, beige jade, natural stone, free of rust impurities, preventing stone from alkali, yellowing, and rust stains pollution.
